I played Hawk's Tail on Saturday for $61.... which was way overpriced, but it was a gorgeous day not to be missed. The course conditions were below average in many spots. Crabgrass and bare spots in fairways. Some greens had dead grass areas. And some of the tee boxes looked terrible with weeds. This was very disappointing.
If you’re not sure about if you should go out for a meal or cook something at home, do yourself a favor and stay home. The food is comparable to middle school cafeteria. I waited 45 minutes for this “pulled pork”.
Course is in terrible shape. Superintendent is lazy and does not work hardly ever. Also does not appreciate the people who work for him. Gets paid to do absolutely nothing.
