HOSTILE, DISCRIMINATORY ENVIRONMENT: A WARNING ​STAY AWAY. This was, without a doubt, the single worst experience I have ever had at a recreational facility, defined by shocking unprofessionalism, public humiliation, and what felt like blatant discrimination. ​We had a reservation for Court 1 from 9:00-11:00 PM, which we had validly extended until 12:00 PM. Despite our active, paid extension, at 11:10 PM, our court lights were abruptly and intentionally killed. After staff member X corrected the operational mistake and moved us to Court 3, "Tiffany" (initially identified as an owner) came storming onto the court, shouting at us in front of other paying patrons and aggressively demanding that we "exit right away." ​Despite showing her the reservation confirmation and explaining that a staff member had already moved us due to their mistake, she continued to yell, escalating the confrontation and making a spectacle of us. ​Here is the most offensive part: When she finally called staff X and confirmed that our extended reservation was valid and she was wrong, did she apologize? Absolutely not. Instead, she immediately turned the lights off on Court 3 and forced us to move again. Her behavior was petty, punitive, and utterly illogical—forcing us out of a court we were settled into, purely out of spite after being proven incorrect. The sudden, unwarranted hostility, specifically directed at our group, makes it impossible to conclude this was anything other than a clear case of discrimination. ​The follow-up attempt was equally insulting and revealed their true motives. I called the next morning to allow the owners a chance to fix the issue, only to be repeatedly told the owner was "in a meeting." Five hours later, the same person picked up, giving the same ridiculous excuse and suddenly trying to backtrack, claiming Tiffany was "just a friend" and not an owner. The situation culminated when the staff member attempted to bribe me, offering a refund for the one extended hour only if I agreed NOT to post this review. ​This is not customer service; this is an admission of guilt and an attempted suppression of evidence of their discriminatory and toxic behavior. This business demonstrated zero respect for paying customers, zero accountability for their staff's actions, and a toxic, unprofessional management culture. Do not support a business that treats patrons with such open contempt.

We had a court reserved for two hours and extended it for an additional hour before our time ended. Yet during that third hour, the lights were suddenly turned off. When we called the listed number, we were told to move to another court — so we shifted our entire group and equipment. Moments later, the on-site manager (a lady with glasses) started yelling at us in front of everyone, accusing us of not having a reservation. Even after confirming with the owner that we did have a valid booking, she showed no apology or professionalism — just attitude, as if she were doing us a favor. The entire experience was humiliating, disrespectful, and completely uncalled for. What made it worse was the tone and behavior that felt clearly discriminatory, as if we were being singled out and treated differently from others. That’s unacceptable and deeply disappointing from any business. No paying customer should ever be treated this way. The owner and management need to address this behavior seriously — professionalism and basic respect should never depend on who the customer is.

We had booked a court for two hours and extended for one more hour before our time ended. During the third hour, the lights were suddenly turned off. When we called the number listed, we were told to move to another court. After moving our entire group and equipment, the on-site manager (a lady with glasses) started yelling at us in front of everyone, accusing us of not having a reservation. She refused to listen while we tried to calmly explain what had happened. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. Only after she called the other owner did she realize we were right — then told us to move back again. The way we were treated was disrespectful, unnecessarily aggressive, and made us feel targeted, which is unacceptable for any business.
