Greenwood Golf Club

I played at Greenwood recently, and I was really impressed with the improvements. The new irrigation system has made a huge difference. The course is in much better shape, with the fairways looking lush and healthy, even in spots where it used to struggle. The greens were excellent. They were in great condition and rolled consistently on every hole. Fast, smooth, and true. Exactly what you want when you're on the greens. The course also has so much character, especially with the old-growth maples and oaks lining the fairways. This time of year, with the fall colors in full swing, the course is just stunning. It’s one of the most scenic places to play, hands down. Greenwood is definitely a hidden gem. With the recent upgrades, it’s only going to get better, and I’m already looking forward to playing here again next year once everything has had a full season to settle in.

Recently, I played at Greenwood Golf course with a bunch of people. It starts with when you first walk into the club house to check in for your tee time. The staff are friendly, greet you with a smile and you are on your way. That in itself, is a great way to start a round. Customer service is always important and I was impressed with that. I was thoroughly amazed at how the course conditions were. The fairways, tee boxes and the greens were in fantastic condition. With the new and improved irrigation system that they upgraded certainly made a significant improvement. Every is green and lush and with the trees turning into the golden colours of fall, certainly is a beautiful touch when playing through all the holes. The fairways were in great condition to play off of as well as the greens. They were fast and fun to play on. With all the upgrades that they put into upgrading the course, is certainly a gem and fantastic to play on. This course is exactly the type of course, whether your a novice or a low handicap golfer, that you want to play on. This course is so enjoyable to play on that you would want to get back to this course over and over. If you are novice, you will get addicted and want to play this course consistently.

Went golfing there for the first time last saturday. I know it was raining and it was end of season but they didin't even rake the leaves. Left leavss and mount of sand on the greens. I know they are preparing for winter but bad all together. Course is laid out badly on many holes , trees right in the center of fairways and poorly guided paths to holes
