Grand Palms Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort

Came for the football game in hard rock stadium. Good location and quick to get there. Lots of food and shops around the hotel. Room was clean and welcoming. The only thing I find funny, the bathrooms must have been made for the elevationally challenged. Sink and toilet are low to the ground.

This place doesnt even deserve the 1 star. Horrible Experience! This Place Should Be Shut Down This was the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The shower water got stuck running in multiple rooms and had to deal with the sound all night since it would be the third time switching rooms and it was 10:40 at night with two children, and there was no hot water at all, which made it impossible to bathe my kids properly. Having to give my children cold showers was completely unacceptable and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I booked through a third party, so there wasnt much I could do unless it was spending more money and waiting for my money to be returned. The rooms didn’t have a fridge, which made it hard to store drinks or food for my kids. On top of that, the window coverings didn’t even cover the entire window, leaving the inside of the room visible from outside — a total violation of privacy and safety. Between the maintenance problems, lack of basic necessities, and zero privacy, this place should not be open for guests. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property entirely.

Currently a guest in this “hotel”. Do NOT reserve a room here unless you are comfortable with the fact that the hotel has NO hot water! They have knowingly have no hot water for 2 weeks now with no estimated time of restoration, but they are still booking rooms. If you have experienced this as a guest, please file a complaint with the FL DBPR, because hotels in FL are required to provide hot water! They also advertise free breakfast including in the room but the dining area is closed. I have stayed here multiple times and this will definitely be my last. This place needs to be shutdown!!!!
