Warm and friendly staff, first-rate facility. Lots of courses to choose from, with enough space for a foursome to sit comfortably in each booth. Gameplay is super realistic, and the place is perfectly suited for any level of golfer. Ideal for workplace outings, parties, or enthusiastic amateurs trying to keep their game shape during the winter months. Reasonably priced, highly recommended.

Tonight we booked the VIP room for four hours and had a terrible experience with the staff member Brenda who was running the room. When we got there the group ahead of us golfed over five to ten minutes into our time not a big deal but they had very little care to get them out. It was my friend’s 18th birthday and we wanted to have some drinks and a fun time golfing. The first part that didn’t sit well with us was the server Brenda trying to tell us that she probably wasn’t going to accept our buddy’s id and not serve him. Yes he is a leap year baby but it specifies on his id that today is his legal 18th birthday. After that she left to ask another server if she could serve him because she had served at other places and then came back with our drinks. There is a button in the room that says push for service so like anyone we pushed the button and no one came. So after 10 minutes the guys that wanted a drink went to the bar up front and ordered their drinks and a couple hot dogs. Later another one of the guys wanted more food so he went out to the bar and ordered a drink and a couple more hot dogs. Later again I went out to order some hot dogs and get a refill on my drink I was drinking. Brenda looked and me sighed and said “oh you guys again! We are swamped.” Honestly didn’t know ordering food here was a problem but okay. When she did come to the room with the hotdogs I asked if I could get a coke since she didn’t bring the one I had asked for and she snapped back at me asking if that was the drink I had had earlier and asked for my cup. This was around 2 and a half hours into the four hour stay. After that we didn’t see her until the end of the night when she came to see how we were splitting the bill. Since it was our buddies eighteenth birthday we were trying to split it up a bit different from how she had it set up cause we didn’t want him to pay. When I started telling her how we were going to split it she told me “we can’t split it that way” and said “are you guys trying to make it difficult” where I replied “we are going to make it as difficult as it has to be”. After I had said that she looked at me and said “are you just trying to be ignorant to me tonight”. Where I responded with “no you have been the one who has been ignorant to us all night”. After that she started to get happy and try and be nice to all of us because the bills were being passed around. She was in our room maybe 4-5 times in the 4 hours we were there and every time she would come in she would either make a not so nice comment or glare at the guys in the room. Drinks were constantly empty and we never got served unless we went to the bar. Honestly I would have had no issue with that if the lady we had the last time wasn’t constantly checking in on us seeing if we needed anything. She just got nice because it was time to pay and time to tip. Our bills were wrong a couple times and she stated to us its hard to keep track when you order from the bar and me. Well I’m sorry if you were ever in the room we would have ordered from you. Right after we finished paying she booted us out as fast as she could stating there was another group waiting for the room. Loved how the other group golfed longer and we got booted instantly.

Darcy couldn’t have said it better. Brenda was very rude and ignorant to us all night and had a major problem if we wanted to order and only seemed to lighten up when it came time for her to get her tips.

Plenty of room and wonderful service. We were new to this location and the owner took the time to explain everything to us. Tried the arancini and wings. Both great. Forgot to take pictures as we were in golf mode.
