Very Impressed! I ordered a SIM setup from New Zealand and didn't realise it was coming from the other side of the world. Once I ordered it, it said it would be here in 5 days, and I thought, not a chance. Well, I was happy to be wrong. It was here in 5 days, they shipped with UPS, and I was impressed with tracking and time frames. If you are international and not sure if you should order from Golfbays, I can recommend that you are safe!
Started off with a few teething problems, but once these were fixed. The process has been very good , I ordered a net which turned up on time and is a very good Standard well built and robust and I would recommend this product at a very good price point at £200. What has really impressed me was Rob the director who reached out over WhatsApp when i filled out the feedback form he proved that he really cares about his business and his customers thank you.
Excellent customer service, purchased a 3x3x3m driving net for the garden - build quality is brilliant. Live chat was an excellent function as I could always contact a member of staff with any questions I had. Delivery arrived on the requested day just in time for the weekend! Will definitely be using again in the future.
