Golf 360 is a hidden gem in Edmonton. It’s cost-friendly, has a solid selection of food and drinks, and is the perfect spot to bring the family. Compared to outdoor courses—where you’re stuck waiting, rushed by course marshalls, and paying big money—Golf 360 takes all that pressure away. Here, you can actually focus on fun. The facility is welcoming and well-run, and the gentleman who owns it deserves special mention—he’s incredibly supportive and genuinely cares about the experience of his guests. My son hit a hole-in-one here, and the loudest cheers in the place came from the owner himself. To top it off, he even treated my kids to Powerades and chips after the shot. That kind of personal touch sets Golf 360 apart. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for stress-free golf, family-friendly vibes, and an all-around great time.

The prices are ridiculously high for what you get. What really crossed the line was the owner’s behavior — losing their temper over a completely trivial issue and repeatedly using profanity toward customers. This level of hostility and unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any business. Absolutely terrible experience. I will never return and would strongly advise others to avoid this place. I am writing this to address your response, which is just as unprofessional as your behavior in person. 1. Fundamental Lack of Respect: Because you lack even the most basic level of respect for your customers, we will absolutely never return to your establishment. 2. The Shoe Claim is a Lie: I have always kept a pair of sneakers stored inside your shop. Every single time I visit, I change into them—a rule you only introduced this year. Claiming you had to ask me three times is a blatant fabrication. 3. Verbal Abuse: Even if a guest is unfamiliar with your rules, there is no justification for using "F-word" and “MF” profanity. What is even more pathetic is that you directed this language at Sean—the very person you called a 'nice guy.' He is rightfully furious, and we are disgusted by the way you treated our friends. If you think it’s acceptable to curse at guests and disrespect people, you shouldn't be in the service industry. We are done with your business."

Family of 4 got there on Christmas day to play. Was told the 3 private rooms are all booked and we have to wait. 2 other larger rooms are empty but we are not allowed to use even we will pay for the higher rate as they have to leave them empty for potential lager group to show up. Staff attitude was not accommodating at all. Pretty sure they don't have two lager groups to show up later on Christmas day but they did lose our business. Won't go back.

As a beginner golfer I wasn't sure what to expect going into this place and now I can say I was pleasantly surprised. The owners were super friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I felt super welcomed even though I'm a new player and had an amazing experience. The simulators they have here are top quality and the fact you can track all of your stats through their app is amazing. Highly recommend checking out this place if you're ever in the area. Left hand golfer approved:)

There are WAY better virtual golf places than this! The simulator itself feels outdated and the buttons barely work. The "grass, sand, and rough" were all ragged and bare in some spots. I felt like I was golfing from a valley. Further, I don't feel like the ball reporting was even remotely accurate by the system. The lady working at the time was also very overbearing. We had told her we had never been to this particular place before (but we have been to other virtual places) so she inputted everything into the machine and pressed go. I wanted to modify our settings, but apparently that wasn't allowed. She further interrupted our game several times to give pointers and adjust the tee height when we didn't ask for her help. Then, the issue of not honoring coupons. I had a coupon for 1 free hour that said you had to call and book a time. I specifically called and said "I have a coupon and I need to book". The "sure, sure no problem" that I got in reply made me feel like the booking was legit. NOPE! When I handed her the coupon she told me it wasn't valid for time I booked. I SPECIFICALLY CALLED AND SAID I HAD A COUPON!!!! The lady completely argued with me and told me she wouldnt honor it. I won't go back there EVER. I will NOT RECOMMEND. And it was over-priced for what you get.
