Golf The Fairway

Before booking I had reached out with a question. The response time was extremely fast. Access to the building was very easy. Once we got in we had a problem getting the sim started. Golf The Fairway called and reset the sim and got everything working smoothly and quickly. They extended the time to accommodate for the time missed during the sim being down and a bit more time for the inconvenience. During the time we spent at the sim we had a good time. Would only recommend 2 players per bay as they are on the smaller side. Overall experience was great and I will return again.

Both my sons including myself have been enjoying this location since its grand opening. The owners have always been so responsive if anything is lagging and even have offered extended time to my sons if no one booked after them. I truly believe the owners just want the community to have a place to enjoy the summer sport of golf whenever they want. Well done!

Cannot say enough about Allyson and her hands on approach to assist with our orientation. It does take time to feel comfortable with the setup. I would suggest the need to flatten out the carpet when trying to putt, the ball bounces in the air. Otherwise, it is exactly what we needed in Wasaga. KUDOS!

First time there so there were a few technical issues. Some were self inflicted, but there was one hiccup with the machine. The key is here that the owner reached out to us immediately to walk us through the challenge. That type of client care makes the difference between a good day and an excellent day. Now the quality of golf is a me problem.

Great place for winter pass time in wasaga. Owners went out of their way to make sure we were set up on arrival, 3 players finished 18 in two hours. Easy to use system.
