The customer service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is welcoming for both adults and kids. Our family homeschools, and this has been an incredible year-round option for structured practice, especially during winter, rain days, and the off-season here in Massachusetts. We have the Early Bird Membership, and it is an amazing value. The benefits are unbeatable—2-hours daily play until 4 PM Monday through Friday, generous discounts on additional bays, peak and off-peak hours, events, food and drinks, and the ability to bring unlimited guests. The flexibility and pricing options (monthly to annual) make it accessible for families who are serious about golf but also practical about budgeting. Our children participate in U.S. Kids Golf tournaments and have been invited to and competed in the World Championships at Pinehurst, NC two years in a row. Living in Massachusetts, having an off-season used to be a real challenge. Golf Lounge 18 has completely changed that. Now they can practice year-round—play a full round of 18, work on chipping and driving, or just mix in fun games to keep it engaging. It’s incredibly versatile and keeps them sharp. A special shout-out to Donaven—he is phenomenal. Always helpful, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond. He knows our kids by name, which means a lot and speaks volumes about the level of care and service here. This will absolutely be a year-round staple for our family. This place was amazing. The food was shockingly outstanding for this type of establishment. I can’t say enough about chef Axel’s cooking. He even came out to introduce himself! Top level chef that belongs at a Michelin level restaurant. The customer service of the staff were great and far and away, the most accurate simulators. Awesome place and will be back for sure.
