Scheduled a fitting 12-1. I had to walk out at 12:30. No acknowledgment that anyone was on the way or a be right there. The front associated had to come from the register to get me set up to warm up. A few minutes is totally understandable but at least say something. That was honestly the worst experience I've ever had. Will never bring my business here again.

Very impressive and friendly service! Thank you so much Levi! I’ve been looking for a new driver as a beginner in golf and I’ve visited a lot of golf stores. But Levi at Golf Galaxy was the most friendly and great coordinator who helped me to get the right driver and his communication was so kind and nice even though I have a language barrier. In my budget, he gave me a variety of choices and he tried to help me as much as he could while I was trying all the different drivers. Finally, I decided to get a great-condition TaylorMade SIM 2 Max which was pre-owned. I will visit hear again one day and find Levi to get another Irons and to replace my wife’s golf clubs. Went in to get my Scotty's lie a little flatter and the guy that was going to do it started arguing with me that I didn't need it flat, the toe was up a good centimeter or two, he clearly didn't know what he was talking about. Then he proceeds to adjust it more upright like about 4 degrees! I go back and try to get it resolved and the manager tried to get it back to it's original lie angle but coudln't stating they don't like working on putters and are nervous about lie angle adjustments. Why offer the service then?? Place is a joke for getting work done on your clubs, avoid at all costs.
