⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Golf Galaxy in Framingham is top-notch! I came in looking for a rain jacket for my husband and I’m I left with a new club. Jim went above and beyond to help me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to make sure I found the right fit. His advice and expertise made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I left feeling confident in my choice. The store itself is well-stocked and organized, but it was Jim’s outstanding customer service that really stood out. Highly recommend both the store and Jim if you’re looking for golf gear!

Awful club work service, would be 0 stars if that were an option. I had a 7 iron re-shafted here. (1) Despite me leaving a handwritten note and explaining in detail the specifications I wanted, they still cut the shaft to the wrong length; and (2) Less than a week later, the club head flew 50 yards into the driving range after about 10 total swings. When I called for a refund for the service, they told me to come in to the store. Don't waste your time getting club work done here. Find a small business who actually cares about the quality of their work.

We went to get equipment for our kids, and unfortunately, the elderly gentleman assisting us was unwilling to measure their height or check the club sizes against their bodies. Instead, he simply asked for their ages and pointed out sets that were clearly not the right fit. It was a very disappointing experience. If you are seeking professional advice, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Also they had limited selections for kids and women.
