Staff is pretty nice places clean I had one experience where a staff worker would not help me if his life depended on it. I asked for a club and he literally avoided me. So I found someone else and I purchased the club let alone the club was $1000. He could’ve got commission on. Other than that, it’s a good location They let you test drive clubs Driving range virtual wide selection of clothing and hats, shoes, clubs, and all types of apparel and accessories for golfing needs

Golf Galaxy in Paramus is TERRIFIC! What’s not to love when you walk in a store and immediately someone asks if they can help you with anything. Erin Johnson especially is the absolute BEST in knowledge, insight and leadership. In addition to helping me with all questions, she authentically cares and followed up on my request. I was so impressed that I not only signed up for the terrific lesson packages they had and came back to donate canned food to the charity they support. Just 5 cans of non-perishable food gets you a 30 minute simulator session for FREE! Wow 😃👏! The Golf Galaxy experience is so opposite of every supposed “PGA Superstore” that I’ve visited where you can hardly find help and when you do snag someone, they rush you to get to other duties.

This being the flagship store and my first gold galaxy experience, I have to say it was fantastic. It’s such a huge space and the staff were friendly right when I walked in, unlike half of the PGA super stores I’ve walked into with workers half looking at you, overstuffed, and unhelpful, unless you’re actively buying clubs or using a bay. The store feels like it has everything yet is not overwhelming. The staff was extremely helpful with my Dicks return (you can interchange golf stuff with both companies as it’s golf equipment and under the same brand) I had Steve at the front and Ryan walking around the store that helped me out. I got detailed information about everything, got to test out putters in a very open area, new goods, and good prices. The fitting was $279 for 2 hrs vs $299 at PGA store for 3 hours. Not sure if I need 3 hours as a 18 handicap shooting low 90’s, but it’s something to consider. I’m also not sure whether this applies to PGA store, but fitting price goes to clubs and a full fitting can go to wedge and fairway wood purchases if not a full bag if that makes sense. Great experience
