Had a great experience fitting and buying a set of irons with Jeremy Orbik. I love the clubs and had a great time. Enjoyed the simulator golf courses too.
Pat and the rest of the team members were so incredibly kind and accommodating. I wanted to get my husband a Bettinardi putter, but they didn’t have it at their store so they managed to transfer it from another location within a few days so I didn’t have to drive far for it. They really went above and beyond.
I have always went to the PGA superstore for my golf equipment needs but that changed for me! Golf Galaxy in Orlando is top notch when it comes to customer service and expert service. My brand new Ping G440 Max driver shaft snapped in half on Saturday and I went directly to golf galaxy and Bod there in service got me set back up right away with new shaft and actually bought a new hybrid as well. He helped on price a bit but all in all I will always make Golf Galaxy my goto Golf store and service needs from now on! Thanks Bob!!!!
