Golf Galaxy

A truly rave worthy experience. This was our first in store trip with a Golf Galaxy and Mr. Tommy in the club & putting area was phenomenal! Could not have asked for more kindness, knowledge, and dedication to helping me leave with what I wanted for my bag. Ken up front also was a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend this location and the staff 💗

Was always my location to get new grips or anything golf related. Been kind of considering going somewhere else because of the attitude of the people doing the regripping service. Anytime I bring in clubs you get the attitude of they need to work now. Went last week to get three new grips. Waiting 10min at the service area with no one working there. Went to the checkout and asked and they stated it would be a minute. Waiting another 10min still no one. Went back to the front checkout to complain that they have all these people there standing around and no one is working or doing anything so I left. Side comment while waiting I even had someone come up to me cause they thought I worked there, just shows they have people that work there but tend to hide from actually helping. This was the final issue, I will now be going to the PGA tour. So much better there I recommend everyone to reconsider Golf Galaxy.

Came in on a Sunday morning looking to exchange two hybrid irons that I just could not hit properly. I worked with the PGA pro Abbey to figure out the best alternative to the irons I previously purchased. Abbey was a complete professional and was a real pleasure to work with. She set me up with a different brand of clubs with a different shaft flex that fit my swing better. The exchange process was a breeze and I went home very happy. Thank you Abbey!
