Golf Galaxy

Bought my irons hear about a year ago. Came back for a putter fitting. I was referred by their Manchester store. my fitter was very knowledgeable and very helpful. A very good process, including taking measurements and gaining metrics to give good feedback on my putting game. Helped me select my putter and ordered it the same day. Recommend without hesitation. I do wish like some of their competitors they would offer applying part of the fitting fee to the cost of the putter or offer a discount to return customers. They don’t do either.

Not just this Golf Galaxy, but no one ever tries to help the customer. The cashier today was friendly and helped me find what i was looking for, but at least 2 other employees walked right by me as i was looking around and neither greeted me or asked if help was needed. I always have to go in search of someone to ask a question. Even though they're the main golf store in town, might as well order what you can from a website since there's little in person help.

Just left the store in Chesterfield valley... feel compelled to weigh in on how poorly this store is run.... I spend a crazy amount of money annually on golf equiptment and Golf Galaxy will not continue to get my business. I have given them many chances to redeem themselves and they fail every time... This time it was over a rewards coupon I received in the mail...They do not honor this system no matter how much money you spend with them... Golf Discount of South County is the absolute best retail golf store in St Louis...its not even close... Their employees are well trained , knowledgable and friendly... they want to help! All my golf related business will go to Golf Discount of South County! Golf Galaxy's super low reviews do not surprise me at all...and its all basically the same reasons...
