Customer Reviews
If you are a golf aficionado you absolutely must schedule a fitting with Jeff. I had no idea clubs can be completely customized to optimize your swing, strength, patterns, and for no additional charge compared to buying a factory set off the floor. I do not have enough words to describe how fantastic this experience was and I am thrilled with new clubs. I had such a special time with Jeff, his patience, his expertise, his interest and ability to stay present. And wveryone in the store from the moment I walked in, really met me with kindness and helpfulness. It is shocking to me to have such a fantastic team all under one roof. I hope you all get a big Christmas bonus. An extra big thank you again to Jeff, it is rare to see such generosity of spirit and wealth of knowledge these days. I do not get anything do writing this review. I just want to share my gratitude and encourage others to get a fitting!! It is life changing to your game.
I frequent the store often as I live 15 min away and often change clubs. The entire staff couldn’t be more accommodating every time I walk in; place has a fun vibe for me. The sales staff and repair shop knows me well and are always willing to answer my questions or help me out with whatever I need. The managers are great and have been there a long time as well so they know how to take care of the us customers. The store has various fitters who are really sharp when it comes to fittings and have helped many of my friends locally. Also, Joe is the best club builder in town.
Rude, condescending, and not worth your time or money. If you’re a woman looking for gear, or common respect, look elsewhere. The most dismissive, unprofessional fitting I’ve ever experienced. First off this store has walls of men’s golf shoes and barely a dozen for women. I arrived early for a 7:00 fitting, was ignored past my appointment, and when help finally came I was told to “just buy a box set” because custom clubs were “much more expensive”—without even asking my budget. I explained I wanted a proper fitting since my swing has changed, but instead I was talked down to, shown a men’s chart, handed a club in two minutes, and met with eye-rolling when I asked if this was the fitting process. At that point I politely said “I am just going to leave”, the employee told me, “Yes, you should.go” I was floored…am I in the twilight zone? The manager was no better—dismissive and more concerned about closing time than addressing the issue. The entire experience was demeaning, unprofessional, and insulting. I’ll buy my new gear elsewhere—it’s their loss.
