Here to second William in this post (don’t know him) But I did have the terrible luck of interacting with Reid in the back who (while texting on his phone ) refused to simply help me get a new set of clubs. I specifically told him that I was looking for new ones. When I asked “what do you recommend as a brand for a 10 handicap “? As he stared at his phone without making any effort to keep the conversation going, he said “well it depends how you play so go try some out and get back to me “ Ok 👍🏽 Reid. Something tells me you are like any sub par sales man trying to be fired to get unemployment. I would give this place a 5 but they need to do better with hiring. If it wasn’t for Ian and his patience I would have given a 1 star review. You all are lucky to have Ian.

What a great experience by Tim and Reed on evaluating my swing and club fitting to match my swing. I never was rushed the least bit and everything they said was understandable. This is my third time over the years and this time was after healing from my last lumbar fusions. I only note this because they both took that into consideration and encouragement. Reed also selected me a set of irons that was on sale and fully met my needs. Tim had notes from my last session and only took a few swings to pinpoint the cause and effects of my flaw. Much thanks again and if you need anything pertaining to your golf swing this is the place to go and see Tim and Reed.

They sell stuff here? Walked in, 4 associates standing around engaged in a bull session. No greeting, no one approached me to see if they could help me, nothing. Left the store after wandering around for 25 minutes. No "thanks for coming in", nada. Nice three person bull session going on when I left. Looks like one of them got bored. Dunno. One star for saving me lots of money here. I tried Golf Galaxy. You failed.
