Golf Galaxy

I went into the Richfield store to look at wedges and picked out two to hit in the simulator. They didn't have a demo version for one of them, it happens but maybe would had been nice for the employee to maybe suggest another similar club. Got setup in the bay and started hitting the club and the employee left me to my own devices but would had been nice for him to provide me with ideas to hit the club as there are many ways it could be used, again maybe suggested something similar. Don't get me wrong I'm satisfied with my purchase and I don't know what tasks the employees were completing but as I was the only one in the store and the could've stuck with me a little more than they did.

Stopped in at Golf Galaxy because I had some time between appointments. A store employee walked past me and asked if I needed help. I said no but then I asked if I could hit a rescue club. I had purchased a driver and 3 wood there and was thinking of a rescue of the same brand but I wanted to hit it first. The bald heavy set guy just blew me off without doing the courtesy of stopping to talk to me face to face. I won’t buy there anymore.
