I recently was fitted for new shafts for driver, 3 wood, and hybrid. Setting the appointment was both easy and affordable. The fitting process was absolutely phenomenal thanks to Harrison. Harrison was not only extremely knowledgeable—sharing additional information with each swing I took—but he was also extremely patient. For many golfers, like myself, making proper contact with the driver and 3 wood clubs consistently can often take more than a few tries. His patience was greatly appreciated, and I truly believe I ended up with the right set of shafts as a result. When all was said and done, I walked away with three new shafts ordered directly from Ping. To my surprise, they didn't break the bank, and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. One shaft was backordered, and Harrison even made it a point to reach out and update me on the turnaround time. Talk about being invested in customer experience and seeing a sale all the way through! I am 100% a satisfied customer because of this experience.
