I simply walked in without an appointment expecting to make an introduction and make an appointment. Kevin had a moment before his next customer came in so he gave me his full attention and showed me around. He had the shaft I was looking for. I bought it he dialed it in and I couldn't be happier with the outcome, service and friendliness of Kevin. I will be back to do more business with Kevin.
