Went in with my driver to get my shaft realigned after changing my surefit specs. Also wanted a new grip. First thing out of the guys mouth at counter “oh you can’t do that!”. Then I insist and feeling frustrated. He said it would take 2 to 3 days. Fair enough. I left anyways bad experience and if they treat customer requests like that I’m sure they would not take the time to do things right. I tried to support local but I always leave this store having a bad experience. I have played golf for 40 years and I know what can be done etc. Never going back.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure he knew what my husband Rick wanted. Being out of province Andrew only had a few days to complete the work on Rick's clubs. They were done on time and a very reasonable rate. Thank you Andrew. Rick & Fran Agnew Hamilton Ontario

I wanted to support a local shop and ordered a set of irons. I was told grips were included and I could choose any style, but when I picked them up the owner said only standard grips were free and I had to pay extra for the ones I wanted. They admitted it was a mistake in how it was explained but still charged me. The clubs are fine, but the experience was disappointing - small businesses need to build trust if they want to compete with online options.
