They do not give refunds only exchanges. I purchased shorts that did not fit well. I tried to return the shorts 3 days later with the receipt. When you spend $60 for shorts I expect better service.
Absolutely rude, I didn’t find the prices to be any cheaper for the kind of quality they offer. When I asked if there were any extra discount, the attendant, who was in his retirement age, responded, “Why discount?? That is perfectly priced!” In a very rude way. We decided to shop somewhere else. You can find the same prices at a not Outlet store. This place looks disorganized and awful. I would not shop there with that kind of treatment
