I hadn’t played golf in 15 years and went to GlobalGolf in Raleigh to get fit for used irons. I worked with Tom, who was incredibly patient and helpful. Even though I was struggling to make solid contact, he offered great pointers, lent me an iron and alignment sticks, and suggested I practice before coming back. After a few range sessions, I returned and Tom fit me with a great set of irons and a used driver. I’m now hitting the ball well and having fun again. Awesome experience — I’ll be buying all my clubs from GlobalGolf going forward!

Two stars just because of value. My first experience was buying a set of irons. They sent the irons to USPS via Fedex which, as anyone who ships things knows, does not work. Only by the grace of god did I get my irons in hand. When I opened the box, ZERO padding or protection. Just the irons 👎🏼 I also bought a Driver, and it came shipped in a left handed model. After talking with a customer service representative, they said that they would ship me a different one. When I received the “correct” one several days later…ALSO LEFT HANDED. I’m done with this garbage company, but at least I got some affordable irons out of it

Excellent customer service! Purchased a driver that unexpectedly failed just 3 days outside their warranty period. I sent evidence and they are sending me a replacement club head! It is rare to see companies make an exception these days. Globalgolf displays high integrity, and took an extra step to earn a loyal customer, who now feels valued.
