G-Sports Club gym in Grove OK is a phenomenal family-owned gym earning every bit of a five-star rating. Shawn and his mom are the heart and soul of the operation, they are almost always there, whether they’re working out alongside members or offering advice or just friendly banter. Their workout knowledge really shines through in the hand picked equipment in the gym, featuring top brands like Hammer Strength and unique pieces I’ve never seen elsewhere, like a farmers-walk treadmill combo. I also got a tour of their stunning new spa facilities, which looked absolutely amazing! They even have a cold plunge. G-Sports stands out with its flexible and transparent membership options. Unlike some other gyms that add hidden maintenance and cancellation fees, G-Sports keeps costs straightforward, always confirm fees when exploring other gym options. They also offer short-term memberships, ideal for out-of-town visitors. Btw… here’s a pic of my favorite piece of equipment in the gym!

$45 is a little more than I'd like but it's a solid gym. Small but got everything you need. I get what I need everytime.

Love this gym. It's got a surprisingly large variety of equipment, more options than many larger gyms in bigger cities. It's also got the mix and match equipment which I love. It doesn't look as sharp but each brand makes certain things better. There's a separate area for stretching and warming up and it's never overly crowded so you're not waiting around for a piece of equipment. Also, the staff is super nice. Only issue I have is no chalk. 10/10 recommend tho if you're looking to get a pump in the Grove area
