Check-in and set-up process is seamless. The Nashville site was large with 11 bays and plenty of space. The staff was fully invested to make the day stress free. Golf equipment was excellent and the experience was super fun! Not sold just yet on the technology and yes all lies are the same as conditions cannot replicate the course but that’s not the goal of this platform. Good fun, 3.5/5 on the food and a solid 4 out of 5 overall!
Amazing experience every time I am in here! Not only is this fun if you're wanting to golf or play other games, but it's also just a fun sports bar to hang out in that feels cool, but elevated in every way possible. The atmosphere is well decorated and gives a very welcoming vibe, the staff is always really friendly, and the food and drinks are fantastic! I also hosted a 120 person event here that went off without a hitch! Kudos to this whole team!
Excellent location and they did an amazing job utilizing the strange space. Love the bar setups and putting areas. Of course the hitting bays are top notch. Fantastic location and easy 2hr parking. My issue is the food. The 5 iron I normally go to in Louisville KY has hand patty wagyu sliders made with obvious care. Their Korean menu options are out of this world and their entire menu seems to be prepared by amazing chefs (havent confirmed, it's just the dishes are all gourmet like). At this Nashville location I had something like printed patty sliders that looked like elementary school lunch or something. Also, the other food served in our group was sub par and was equivalent to low end bar food. The member we went with said he's tried most of the food and choses to eat next door at Party Fowl instead. It's a new location so hopefully they figure out the food situation because Nashville has had a plethora of fantastic dining options move to town. Despite the food, Ill definitely be back.
Great place and great atmosphere. Shoutout to my server Riley who got me water after water because I kept downing them, think I ended the night with around 9-10 waters drank. That combined with the golf made for an amazing night 😃
If I could give a 0 I would. We were so amped up to try this spot. We live a few blocks away and it was the “ideal” spot for this snowy day. We heard so much about it, we wanted to try it when we saw it was open. We were told by the older gentleman (who seemed to be of some sort of managerial role) that there was a wedding coming in at 4:30 so we had to do just 1 hour for $90 for a bay. We were TOTALLY cool with that and understood the assignment. He walked us to the bay and set us up for the driving range setting - loved it. We were waiting for awhile and wanted drinks, so 1 of us went to the bar and ordered. We weren’t aware we were going to have a server. Eventually Bailey came back and said “ yay, I was just told you can stay until 4:30”. Ok, great - we thought… so we continued to play. Then we wanted another round of drinks…no where to be found. So AGAIN we walked to the bar got 3 beers and 3 shots of jack fire - she was standing at the bar not behind and said “I’ll take it from here”. So we got our drinks then 4:30 came around and we were ready to go. We check out with her - $103 for 3 beers and 3 jack fire shots. Then we go to front desk and they told us $135. Ok - so where did the extra 45 come from?! We were never told the extra time was going to cost more by the server. I brought this to the attention of the front desk she did nothing but say sorry. It took them 10 minutes to try to run a card then said didn’t work (which it does) then took another 8 to run a different card. My ultimate complain here is the lack of communication about how to change the game on the stimulator, the communication about cost was non-existent for the extra 30 minutes, the lack of customer service was apparent. It’s a shame because we are deeply entrenched with the community surrounding this location. We could have brought a lot of future business. This experience left me vastly disappointed.
