The gym is very clean and well maintained. I like the multiple grassy areas and the new squat racks they purchased. If you go at certain hours it’s not crowded at all. Members and coaches are nice and the music is fun! Would recommend for anyone looking for a good-value gym in the Newport area.
I’m visiting from out of state and decided to check out Fitness Factory for a workout. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. Shayla got me set up with a day pass right away and made my first visit super smooth. After my session, Eylan made me a healthy shake that was honestly one of the best I’ve had at a gym. Great environment, great energy, and great service. Highly recommend this place!
The gym is at great location, near to station and the price is reasonable too. The equipment are also nicely maintained. There are often times when they are broken or under repair, but can’t complain with the membership fee charged every month. Although it would be nice to just have either yearly or enrolment fee
