Fitler Club

I had my wedding at The Fitler Club, and I cannot express how amazing the experience was. All of the staff were extremely kind to me and my guests. The hotel staff, wedding staff, bartenders, and every other staff member we encountered were all top-notch. Amy, the event coordinator, was a godsend. She is quick, organized, kind, and just overall amazing. My guests raved about the food and the uniqueness and beauty of the venue. I highly recommend The Fitler Club!

Attended/ assisted in an event here. I think the rooms are pretty, clean but limited in spacing. The service was not on point however the food I received was delicious herb crusted chicken. Other option was branzino but they switched it with halibut & a few at our table said it was "ok" but lacked seasoning. The potatoe was very small or 1 big "fingerling" size but it was good. The asparagus was good & cooked to perfection, could use just a little seasoning though and the mushroom puree was delicious as well. The exterior to the part we were in looked like an alleyway to some industrial buildings and if I wasn't with a group event I wouldn't have gone down in the area. The exterior corner portion was BeAuTiFuL as well as the interior. I like that they have a vip room that included a bowling lane/ games and a bar. I didn't order any drinks so I couldn't tell you about that part. Staff was friendly, accommodating but the food service was not on point. They were late with the meal/ dinner course, came out to take orders at the table during the event for dinner even though they were already submitted, never refilled any water or brought anymore out after your 1 wine glass full and the event ended and then they were then prepared for dessert. A lot of people had already left by then and each plate was paid for not to mention the dinner portions was small. I will say there was a waitress & a male staff that accommodated myself for my Shellfish allergy & a woman next to me that had a mushroom allergy and served us with food they knew didn't not cross contaminate to protect us & I appreciate that accommodation. Another woman serve went to retrieve a red wine that was a little sweeter & better than the red/ white wine they were serving for dinner. Overall the area and bathroom was very clean with a beautiful ambiance with very friendly, welcoming staff.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect because membership clubs can be very hit and miss, especially for unaffiliated travelers. And though it was a little sketch from the jump - their entrance is down an alleyway which I've learned is meant to evoke a "speakeasy" type vibe to the entry - it could not have been a better experience. A+ all the way around, including amenities, food, the gym, the location, etc. This is a hidden gem for sure. Also, this bed has to be one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and trust me, I've slept in some beds!!!
