Escape the Mystery Room

Just finished a very painful experience here. We walked in to try the Beat the Seat challenge. The first level was the almost 15 minute wait because nobody knew how to charge for the game on the cash register. Next was the game itself. I understand that this is a 2 min game, but the manager did not know how to operate the game besides the common sense hold the button down. No other instructions. The manager even told me he didn't know how the game works. Despite the fact that there were 2 other employees there, the manager walked away several times to handle othe customer requests and left us waiting. So to play a 2 minute game 3 times took almost an hour and I still feel ripped off. The only redeeming factor was that the manage did let us have a couple of extra tries, but the entire experience was awful. I hope their rooms are a better experience. Bonus star for the manager letting us have an extra try.

Such a great team building activity fun for everyone. Came here with my sisters and nephews and nieces and it was such a great experience to see them all work together and complete each task to their enjoyment. Angie and Sarah were so accommodating for our party size and super were friendly. Sarah was thoughtful enough to ask if we were first responders for discounts and fortunately me and my two sisters are. Overall a wonderful fun experience.

It was a interesting experience. Inside the sugarloaf mills mall,it was the family first time doing this. We had fun finding out clues to open locks to get out in time. It is a great opportunity to spend some quality time together whether its with family or friends. Just hopefully don't get into an arguement and hurt their feelings. Other than that, staff was friendly and very helpful if get stuck will provide hints for you. Also, manager explain very well in how to play and escape.
