I look forward to coming back again and appreciate all the kindness afforded by the beautiful lady at the front reception who made it possible to open a space for my guests and me despite the overbooked appointments. My annually school alumni event was held at Drive Shack this year and it was a huge success. The venue offers large, comfortable bays and a great mix of interactive games that kept everyone — from beginners to regular golfers — entertained all day. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between energetic and relaxed, which made it perfect for socializing and catching up with classmates. Definitely would recommend.

Very disappointing experience at this location due to one of the server’s attitude. She appeared unpolished, visibly annoyed, and made us feel uncomfortable from the start. Instead of providing basic customer service, her demeanor was rude and dismissive. She even had the audacity to come back with a smart-ass comment, saying, “I wish your joke was funny,” to one of our guests, which was completely uncalled for; an action that was highly unprofessional and unnecessary. At least 3 people from our group was mistreated by her. Customer service should never escalate to that level. Unfortunately, this behavior overshadowed the entire experience, and we will think twice before returning. Also, we paid for all the food, and they wouldn't provide us with to-go boxes because of "health issues" i mean.... if i dont finish my food i cant take it?? We host a lot of company events throughout the year, and all places allow us to let employees take food at the end. Good thing: drinks (really good) and food was good too. Thanks to the guy serving our drinks, you were a sweetheart. I wish I caught your name(thanks for the bandaid)
