Veronica was a wonderful hosts! She made our experience a total success. Attentive, clean, order came out in time! Definitely returning.
Had my son's birthday party here and we had a fabulous time! Nesto was our server and he was fun and kind to all the teen boys. Would definitely recommend and will be back again.
Had a great time at Drive Shack. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, making for a really comfortable atmosphere. A huge shoutout to our server, Kurt. He was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our entire visit, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Excellent service really elevates the experience..thanks for a great day!
I’ve been to Topgolf locations across the U.S. for the last 15 years. I’d never even heard of Drive Shack until we moved to Orlando. With family in town over the holidays, we decided to try it. I didn’t read the reviews before we arrived. I did the moment we got to our bay, and it was immediate confirmation: this isn’t a one off bad night. This is a pattern. Let me start with the only reason this is not a one star review. The staff were outstanding. Seriously. Friendly, attentive, trying hard, and doing their best in an environment that sets them up to fail. They carried the experience as far as it could be carried. Everything that follows is squarely on management and ownership. The facility feels neglected. Broken clubs. Equipment that looks like it’s been patched together for too long. Ball dispensers not working. And yes, you’re seeing that correctly in the photos: we had a bucket of balls because the system wasn’t functioning. Our bay wasn’t the only one. When multiple bays are scavenging for usable clubs and workarounds, that’s not “maintenance.” That’s a business decision. The technology is the whole product, and it doesn’t work. Ball tracking was accurate maybe 30% of the time. That makes the games basically impossible. You can’t play, you can’t compete, you can’t trust the score, and you can’t relax because you’re constantly troubleshooting instead of having fun. If you bring your own clubs and just want to hit balls, you might be able to make this work as a glorified range. But if you came for an entertainment experience, this is not “top” anything. It’s frustrating, it’s inconsistent, and it feels like a brand running on fumes. The name fits. “Shack” is appropriate. PS for management/ownership: Please don’t respond with the polished template about “appreciating feedback” and “being committed to improvement.” Those replies have been showing up in reviews for over a year, and the same problems are still here. If you want credibility back, respond with specifics: what you’re fixing first (dispensers, tracking, club replacement), who owns it, and by what date guests will actually feel the difference. Until then, your best employees are out front apologizing for decisions they didn’t make.
Drive Shack is fun overall, but not quite great. The concept and atmosphere are solid, though the software was a bit wonky and didn’t always track correctly. Our bay wasn’t very clean, which took away from the experience, and the food was pretty mediocre for the price. Still a decent spot for a casual outing, just has room for improvement.
