Worst experience of my shopping life. They sent me dirty used shoes for $180. When returning them to the store, they accuse me of swapping shoes with the show box I received the used shoes in. They wanted to give me a refund of $134, which was the amount I paid for a different purchase.

The stores always clean and presentable. This time Ava saw that the other register was busy handling something that would take awhile and jumped onto the next register for me, even though she was doing another task. Thank you Ava!

So I went into your store with the intention of buying some good sunglasses. I stood by the sunglass counter for at least 5 to 10 minutes looking at the Oakley‘s The Nikes and the more expensive sunglasses. There were two people behind the counter and never once was I asked do I need some help so I left with a pair of cheap $13 sunglasses it’s about customer service and I got none.
