Diamond Dealers Training Facility

My daughter has been going to Diamond Dealers for years. They have done an outstanding job at not only her swing, but the mental side of the game as well. The facilities are second to none, and the staff matches that as well. At DD, you’re not just a number, you become family. My daughter is now preparing for her college career at the d-1 level. They were a huge part in her dream! We can’t thank them enough.

I wanted to support local businesses, so I placed an apparel order with Diamond Dealers in Buckhannon, WV, hoping to keep future business local. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When I received the order, I noticed issues with the logo: the wording wasn't bold where it needed to be on both the screen print and embroidery, and there were ghosting lines on the screen print. I emailed the company to express these concerns, but their response was to rudely blame me for providing a blurry image. This claim was baffling, as the AT NO POINT after placing the order was I contacted to be informed that the image I provided was insufficient and the same image had been used successfully by other companies. Without consulting me, they refunded my money and then multiple emails later demanded I return the items. When I stated I neither wanted the refund nor to return the items, their reply was, "Must not be that bad then." This was, hands down, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I hoped to support a local business, but instead, I was met with unprofessionalism and incivility.

The quality of the material and the designs are beyond my expectations. Not only do they do outstanding work but their customer service is wonderful! They go above and beyond to make sure your product is 100% to your satisfaction and if it’s not they make it right. Great company, I would highly recommend them.
