Days Inn by Wyndham Thunder Bay North

My family and I stayed here to be close to my dad while he was in the hospital. During our stay, we needed to extend our room several times, and the staff were incredibly supportive and accommodating, even while renovations were underway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The morning breakfast was a perfect start to our day. Thank you to the team for making a challenging time easier — we truly appreciate it and will definitely be back.

This hotel is awesome! The beds amd pillows were super fluffy and comfortable- we fell asleep right away. |The staff were lovely and even told me about the highway flooding by Sault Ste Marie, so I was able to plan a new route to avoid it. |And the breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast with a lovely cheerful woman running the show.|Will stay here again when we're coming through Thunder Bay!

The hotel was fine. I was looking last minute for a hotel in Thunder Bay and this hotel came in with the highest score on TripAdvisor and I felt misled by such a high score. While the facility and room were ok, there were homeless people in the parking lot and by the people passing through I was wondering if the hotel was also being booked for government services which didn't feel safe. It didn't seem busy while we there which may have contributed to that feeling. Staff was very nice. The decor felt from the 80s although I don't care about that. Breakfast was comparatively lighter on options compared to other but was still hit the spot.
