Crazy Horse Sports Bar & Grill

I went to this restaurant with a group of 7 around 3:00 pm on the 13th of December, 2025. The server gave us glasses of iced tap water and some “hot chocolate” (Nestle Carnation mix in my opinion). Then she disappeared for 45 minutes without even coming to take our food orders. I wanted to get some Splenda for my drink, and I had to go up to the bar to request it since she was gone so long. When we entered the establishment, there were only 2 other tables being served and some people at the bar. The restaurant started getting busy a few minutes after we arrived but our waitress decided to attend to everyone but us. I asked kindly for someone to attend to us at the 30 minutes mark, and was assured someone was on the way, but no such luck. After 45 minutes of waiting patiently for someone to even acknowledge us, we decided to leave. The minute we stood up, a waiter *appeared* suddenly, to ensure we paid for their stupid cheap hot chocolate. Even after complaining to the waiter about our service, the reception of our feedback was not very apologetic, nonchalant even. 0/10 experience, would not recommend. Frankly, I think the establishment was terribly run and dismissive. I also believe there was a racial element to it.

The service was great but I cannot say the same thing for food. I had crispy sweet chilly rice bowl but it was floating in the sauce. Rest of my family ordered burger but it was ok. They have tons of other choices on the menu though, maybe I did not pick the right one. The French onion soup was really good.

It's a nice place, beers and cocktails are good, and the food is mediocre. Well, not everything was bad, the desserts were wonderful.
