Columbia Super Range, Golf Driving Range

Every time I come here I am reminded why I don't come here. The range in the valley has become so much better. This place is run down, old and apparently struggling. The mats are hard, the balls are bare and $16 for a 100 balls?? That's ridiculous. The only redeeming feature is they now have Top Tracer in every bay. If you just need a place to hit balls you can do that here, just know that the rest of the experience sucks. The customer service is even lackluster. I was gifted buckets to this range years ago (tells you how much I have come here in the last several years even living in Mill Creek) but the old guy at the counter wouldn't honor them since they have a new system now. These are PAID for buckets with no printed expiration date on them. New system or not, how hard would it be to just take the ticket and hand me a medium bucket. They must really be struggling if they are digging in their heels for $12. I lightly argued with him because I couldn't actually believe it was happening... But then I realized that when arguing with an idiot, who then is actually the idiot. Oh well, just another reason to never come back. Bad product and bad customer service. Not good. They are benefitting from the valley being flooded and gaining business due to that but as soon as the other range opens I will not come back. I still didn't need to wait to get a hitting bay at 4pm on a Saturday. That never happens at the other range. I will gladly wait on a bay to avoid this place though. I will drive further, even in traffic and take the extra time to practice not here.

Went two days in a row with my brother and kiddos. We loved it. Honestly if we had enough dough to get the biggest bucket of balls for every single person we totally would. None of us are amazing, but we still all had a really good time. The putting area wasn't open, but definitely down to try that as well.

10/10 range. The staff is friendly and the service is top notch. Drew and muhammad are amazing and welcoming! Matter of fact i see them more than i do my family lol. Great guys and great service
