Wow, this place is so cool! There is so much to look at and so many options for food and drinks. Indoor and outdoor seating available. We got cuban sandwiches, and they were fantastic. Friendly service all around. 10/10 will return.

I've had to make many valid reports of this location the city for constant violations of city, state, and federal code violations. They do everything they can to make life difficult and dangerous for disabled persons walking close to their establishment on the public sidewalk. No disabled ramps in location. They actually want to you leave, go outside, and enter from another door if you want to change levels. Handicapped ramps in the 2020's, when it was renovated? They haven't heard of them. They park their vans and golf carts all over the public sidewalks. Landscaping is a joke. It's built facing north, so it never gets any sunlight at all. It's converted, abandoned, sunless, concrete cave apartments the local city pays businesses to run so the city isn't empty. The entire shoddy building had to be (is still being) completely redone so the balconies don't just fall off. It's surrounded by buildings that have been abandoned for decades on all sides. The creepy vibes are off the scale in the most bland way possible. Hard Pass.

Fun spot to drink and grab a bite. Food hall experience with pour your own beer/wine (multiple excellent beer options) - pay by the ounce. Multiple different food options. Boba tea place has excellent bahn mi (caution: the egg option has a pork mayo).

This is a cool place but I am very frustrated with the golf simulators. I have been 4 times for golf and twice the simulators have not worked. I booked the golf simulator thru GolfNow and have not received a refund for either visit. At this point, I would advise to not book the golf simulator.
