Super clean new golf accommodations and golf course. Very well designed layout for both kids which includes state of the art practice facility, for the young and adults, including special programs like the First Tee Junior golf program.

Great golf course. Beautiful new club house. The course was in perfect condition. The greens are very challenging. The price was great considering the wonderful condition of the course. Staff was friendly. Really enjoyed my round.

It's a decent parkland golf course. It looks like they spent a lot of money on the renovation but ran out of money when working on the front 9. The back nine is nice. It plays on the side of the property that faces downtown and as a result, has a little character and style. There's more elevation changes on the back. The front nine is boring, uninspired, flat, muni golf. I wasn't impressed with the bunkering complexes. I thought they could have been deeper and more penal. City Park also falls victim to the cardinal sin of an architect that's squeezed for room. They try to make up the distance on the par 3's. The course tips out at 6703 (which isn't much at altitude) but the Par 3's are 245, 212, 207, 157, and 214). Especially on the front where it's flat, straight, and boring. I would have loved to see them extend the 4th hole and make it a longer Par 4 and shorten the Par 3 fifth but make it interesting by surrounding a smaller green with deep bunkers. But instead you're left with two forgettable holes on a course that has more than it's fair share of those. Practice areas are hit and miss. The putting green is solid. Driving range uses limited flight balls and is mats only. The mats are in fair to poor condition. The chipping green also leaves a lot to be desired. Not much area to practice from thinner lies. very patchy rough around most of the chipping green.
