Chuck E. Cheese

Just had my children’s birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese in Calgary and I give high praises to ALL that helped make this celebration a big hit! I want to give notable and special thanks to Binu (who kindly made sure all my concerns were addressed and successfully oversaw the event), Dannie (who patiently answered a TON of my questions), and Xander and Iya (who were so attentive, calm, gracious, prompt, kind, and professional in all they did for our party of 19 kids and ~25 adults). This was the first party we had hosted at Chuck E. Cheese and thanks to the hard work and help of staff all went smoothly and was so much fun! Despite being the highest priced package I found the “Ultimate Package” of good value. The children had a blast with the games and arcades as well as the bounce house (please note that this is NOT included in the birthday package). Though you can not bring outside food, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food. The pizzas and chicken wings were quite yummy! Kudos to the kitchen staff. Overall such a FANTASTIC experience! I’m tempted to have my own birthday here (and I’m about middle-aged)! Thank you again Chuck E. Cheese personnel for making my children’s birthday so memorable and fun!

We had an amazing experience on Sunday October 26 th for Adriel’s birthday. Our hostess was so amazing . She was polite and very professional. She really made our visit awesome. The pizza was hot and tasty and we had an amazing time see you next year

We just had a combined birthday party for our sons with the ultimate package and it was phenomenal. The staff were incredible to us and our birthday stars had the best day ever! The kids that joined in for the fun all had such a special day too. Even the parents raved about how great quality the pizza was compared to any other kids play place/party space type of environment. The food is actually good here lol! The kids felt so spoiled and blessed. The time flies by here. My kids were super impressed by the indoor play area additions and spent hours in that after the party ended. Our party host was Amani and she did such a great job. We also had tons of help from other staff and management throughout the day, we spend literally the entire day there starting from open until well past 4pm. My kids created some core memories here today for sure and we could not be happier with how the party and afterward playtime went. We have also done a 2 month gold pass here last year and that was great too and attended multiple other birthday parties. Nothing but good things to say about this place and the perfect young kids party environment. Get more balls for the snowman ICE game though, it should have more lol! Otherwise everything was perfect here and we really feel so glad to have chosen this as the party venue for a huge group of kids, it was the easiest to keep an eye on them and gather them for party activities and food compared to other places too. They had such a blast and I couldn't be happier with how things went. Thanks to everyone who was working here today that made today such a wonderful day for my boys. We really appreciate it.
