Nice staff and very tidy. However not a fan of the new system recent implemented where you pay for time. Sure it's great being able to pay via the app and just go to your bay, but £12 for 1 hour seems like a cheeky way to I crease prices without increasing them. Feels like I'm constantly under time pressure and wasn't able to really relax and enjoy my time at the range. And even with focusing on the shortbread game today and getting through balls quicker than usual I still only went through about 100 balls. Would like the screens to have some sort of time reminder at least, won't get rid of the rushed feeling, but at least I don't need to set my own timer and constantly check how long I have left.

We had a great 2.5 hours on the golf simulator. It's great fun for novices & handicap players. You choose your course, weather conditions & handicap. The golf professionals instruct you on how to use the simulator. We played as two teams, scramble format. Paul & Jacob will bring you in drinks, as & when you require them. Great venue & great fun.

Just used the new system for the 1st time. Not the best experience. 50% increase in price. 75 balls was £8 now its £12 an hour and hit a similar number of balls.. Felt rushed at the end which takes away from the experience.No more loyalty cards I believe. I understand the reasons you’ve done it, but from a customer experience perspective a big drop for me and the guys in front of me said the same thing. Will probably look elsewhere.
