Nice facility, nice coaches, but receptionists (supervisor) are horrible. You are waiting to get in for your lessons, they will be on their mobile phone (avoid eye contact) and do not even help you to unlock the door. If you have any lessons get there 20 minutes before. they are very lazy. I will defiantly not recommend the place just because the experience. I never felt welcome there.

This place IS the BEST place for pickleball for several reasons. The "surface" is a true tennis court. The "lines" are good and not confusing. The "space" is nice as they only put 2 courts on for an entire tennis court instead of being greedy and putting 4 courts on as many places do. The staff is second to none. The ambience/atmosphere is pleasant. They (staff) are kind and bend over backwards to be accommodating. (feels like a darn country club) The lighting is nice. Many great players go here. There are lots of ways to get connected to players and opportunities with team reach and whatsapp. The cost is the most reasonable around. Lots of open play options or private bookings. Get this, with the gold membership, you don't pay for any court time - which just makes is SOOOOOO EASY. No other court does that. None. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah, they even let you use the work out facility, showers, steam room and hot tub. Bottom line is, you can't go wrong here. I drive 30 minutes to come here because it's such a good value and situation. LOVE THESE PEOPLE AND AM THANKFUL TO HANOVER PARK DISTRICT AND EVERY SINGLE WORKER.
