Great staff and experience. Vip rooms and standard screens for many or few people. Food and drinks available as well. Forgot your clubs? They rent! Special rates available as well as Pro Lesson's you can schedule. Recommended and enjoyed by many. Parking in alley under signage is helpful if needed.

Very clean n the sim tech they use is pretty solid. Went in the morning into one of their VIP rooms. Licensed and the have Americanos, if you want some coffee. Also have snacks available, but didn't get any.

Had a great time here! The indoor golf setup is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The simulators are accurate and fun to use, and it’s a great spot whether you’re practicing solo or hanging out with friends. Staff were friendly and helpful. Long-time customer here (friend even longer). We recently booked a session at Birdie Indoor Golf Center in Richmond. The few dedicated spots were full, so we parked in the nearby Impark lot—as staff had repeatedly told us was fine on past visits, and we'd done many times without issue. We both got $89 tickets during our game. Staff accepted them on the spot and assured us Birdie would handle it—no need to worry. Later, Impark demanded $98 each (escalated, with collections threat). Friend visited twice in person, I called once, and I emailed the manager with full details—zero response or resolution. Very disappointing. We trusted your staff's advice and promise, yet we're stuck with nearly $200 in fees for a problem tied to your guidance. Poor accountability—won't recommend until they honor commitments to loyal customers.

Love this place! The open Bay Area is super spacious and comfortable. Lots of comfy chairs to sit on. Golf stimulator is such a fun activity especially on a rainy day. Prices are pretty good as well. It is $39 per hour for the open bay and $59 per hour for the VIP room.
