Terrible experience. User interface on the website is un-navigable, getting a hold of support won't happen. Chat is fake, phone disconnects. Access to the facility is opaque and difficult to follow, they'll give you bad instructions. Once you get inside, prepare to be underwhelmed by the facility - the photos on the website are not accurate. This is the broken vending machine of virtual golf facilities. Read the 5 star reviews and trust that they are fake - every point they make, the reality is the opposite. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Highly recommend against this place.

If you are an avid golfer who practices often or someone who wants to learn how to golf, this place is it!!! Let me tell you something. I've been golfing for maybe over 10 years and have been going to actual golf courses and ranges and have never been to screen golfing (really had no interest till I watched some YouTube videos). As such, make no mistake! I will not recommend this screen golf set if you want to have the breezing early morning fresh breath or golf with your friends/family over four hours for quality/gathering time. However! if you want to improve your swings/game/short game/driver, this place is it! I cannot testify to how accurate this screen golf system is as I am not an expert in that field. However, I knew for sure this screen golf system was deadly accurate and detailed once I swung a few swings. The results I saw from the screen would be the same shots I normally would get (unfortunately I still struggle with slice as I don't close my left shoulder). And of course, the distance I saw from the screen golf was similar to the distance I normally would get in the actual range or field. Having said all of that, this golf screen place can be the gem in the busy West LA areas for golfers like me. I live in Sawtelle and my only option for the range is Rancho Park. I mean I could go to other ranges if I wanted to but considering the traffic and how much I had to wait from time to time, I started to go only to Rancho Park. However, there is no waiting line in the place, there are plenty of parking spots in the complex, no valet (thank god!), and easy access as well. Also, pricing is fair in my personal opinion as I normally spend $15-20 for the practice balls every time. There are several options you can choose to practice at this place. I absolutely recommend this place. Pros -Great system (has several cameras and they record every swing. You can review your swing) -Easy access -Plenty of parking -Reasonable pricing (I highly recommend the monthly option!) -Plenty of screen sets where I don't have to wait -Clean (this place is new) -Great customer care (the staff was really nice) -Quiet. Cons -Indoor. I am not sure if this is a con but the system is not traditional golfing culture I guess? Overall, if you are a golfer, you must try this place.

Not a great experience. Showed up early and was not able to access the facility. Thats on me. Issue was that I called the number provided and it immediately hing up, no voicemail, no ring. I messaged the ai bot on the website and it was of absolutely no help, only tries to book me for a session. Buzzed the suite number on callbox, doesnt ring. Very frustrating. Once my time was near, I received a text with a door code that let me in the door of the building but not the facility. No answer from the phone again, so i waited outside for 10-15 minutes with no response till finally someone called. They had to manually let me in. Once in, the facility is not super well taken care of and the person managing it is definitely remote in another country. The program worked at about a 70% capacity. Had to be fixed once and when it stopped the second time I didnt bother because my time was near up so i just kept hitting without tracking. Not a great experience overall but the guy was very nice and did his best to fix what he could within his power. Overall the place is poorly managed and the owner clearly doesnt care much about the experience. If youre looking for the most mediocre bottom tier golf experience you can imagine, this is the place for you. Best of luck to them, not sure how they are in business or how long they will be open.
