Not worth the money whatsoever. The place isn’t anything special and you can tell the second you walk in (you’ll see what I mean when you do). You’re better off spending your money somewhere like X Golf in Westbury where at least you can order food/drinks and is a much better vibe. What are you getting when you come here? You’re paying for the trackman to go down during your session, for the cameras in your bay recording you to cut, and to have the owner tell you to turn off your music that is playing at a low volume instead of listening to the garbage playing in the speakers. Now you might think that doesn’t sound too bad and could be much worse. This is where the kicker is. My buddy and I had been to this overpriced place on a few occasions and each and every time the owner would come to our bay and tell us that the session is over once the time is up…for some reason today that wasn’t the case so in our heads we thought that maybe he’s extending our session a little bit to account for the problems we encountered with the simulator (keep in mind this accounted for about 10 minutes of our session and pissed us both off a good amount since we are just trying to play without having to deal with this). After 30 minutes of him not coming we decided to call it and leave but when we were about to walk out the owner goes, “I don’t have a card on file for the extra 30 minutes that you stayed”. Should we have stayed an extra 30 minutes…probably not but the owner could have went about it in a different manner and given us a fair warning. If it was said the right way we would have had no problem paying for extending our session and would not have pushed back whatsoever (despite the pushback I still put my card on the table to pay). Looking at the way he responded to his 1 star reviews without taking any sort of accountability I am not surprised by the way he went about it. What happened to the customer always being right? This is the same guy that wanted to have a father pay for his 15 month old baby as if she’s going to be hitting driver off the deck 300 yards down the middle. Do not give this guy your business there are other business owners who are much more deserving of your money. I’m sure his response will show how classy he is. Never going back, there’s a reason the place is always so empty and has several bays available…let’s keep it that way.

I went to this place the other day and felt completely disrespected and gouged by the owner. He doesn’t care about giving a quality product, only about money. He’s incredibly greedy. My booth wasn’t working on our first drive and the owner tried troubleshooting it multiple times before telling my wife and I that he wasn’t able to fix it after 30 minutes of our hour long session. The whole time he was troubleshooting the machine, he was being weird and so creepy toward my wife that she walked out and waited for me in the car. Incredibly inappropriate comments and behavior. I called him out and he said that it’s her problem for feeling offended, not his. But why do you have to find reasons to touch people and make strange comments towards them. After stating the machine wouldn’t restart, the owner still attempted to charge me for the session. When I disputed his unreasonable and inappropriate behavior, he stated that I can be accommodated in 2 hours if I wanted to wait but I would have to pay AGAIN. I shouldn’t have to pay for an experience I did not receive, never mind twice AND have to wait AND while my wife is disrespected. I wouldn’t just say not to come here because the equipment doesn’t work but the owner doesn’t have any redeeming qualities. He’s rude, unprofessional, money hungry, and inappropriate. He must be desperate for money and attention with his attitude. He should not be in a business that requires the minimum level of customer service. If you don’t believe my review, just look at how he treats his customers when he responds to them on here. I wish I checked the recent reviews before I came in.

Ladies and Gentlemen I will call it myself, worst family outing of all time all thanks to the owner. My son and his friend left crying because of the owner’s unprofessionalism towards us. Wish I had something good to say in this review like I do with all my others, but there is just not a SINGLE positive thing to say. Go to Q-Zar or Chuck E Cheese you’ll be better off.
