Be The Ball

I’ve heard good things and was excited to try this place but what a horrible experience. A surprise birthday party reservation was made from 6-9. It was made online but also spoke to someone over the phone. Everyone showed up early only to learn it was closed and locked up. Nobody was there or even answering the phone. The surprise happened in the parking lot while we stood around calling and trying to find somewhere else that could accommodate 15 people. A staff member showed up 20 minutes later. She was rude, offered no apology, and seemed to put the blame on someone else. She was not overly welcoming but let us inside. It was clear the place had not been cleaned or prepared to host a party of 15 people. Then we learned the kitchen would not be open and everyone there was expecting to eat. This was never communicated in the booking process. We ended up ordering pizza from somewhere else but we were still able to order drinks and use the golf simulators. None of the TV’s would work because we were told the wifi wouldn’t connect. Someone ordered a sangria that had a bug in it. The staff member that eventually arrived late to serve drinks was friendly and replaced the drink. Overall it was just disappointing, a very unprofessional experience. We had a fairly big party booked and we were clearly forgotten about. We never heard from management at all and nobody offered a refund, partial discount, coupon, anything at all. The management and overall customer service in this place needs a major improvement.

Great spot. Two simulators, lots of TVs, bar, food, what more could you want? Group of 8 of us rented both and it was perfect.

A friend and I went for a couple hours today. Had a great time. It was very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Lot of different options for courses and games in the simulators. A well stalked bar and food available. Will definitely be back real soon. Thanks Ryan

When the staff shows up for your tee time, service is alright. On 2 separate occasions, today being one of them, staff members were nowhere to be found, and both doors were locked. No one was available by telephone when I tried to contact them. It is such a great setup here! It has the beer on tap and food options, but it's hard to want to continue to go there and support them when things like not having a staff person be available to have the place open.

This place is trash! My buddy booked us a sim time, we show up and doors are locked! We tried again another time and the staff were extremely rude as if we were bothering them. Once we got onto the sims they were awful- not accurate at all, more of an arcade game. Would much rather going to Shooters Indoor Golf where the sims are actually good and the staff are great!
