Bayou Oaks At City Park

This was my first visit to Bayou Oaks at City Park in NOLA since before Hurricane Katrina in 2005. I found it extraordinary, amazingly in great shape for a public golf course. Manicured meticulously and aesthetically pleasing which enhances your ability to play better. It is obvious that the staff takes pride in keeping it in such great shape. It was difficult to find fault from the club house, driving range with track man, tees, fairways, greens and hazards. It was such an enjoyable experience playing there again. Highly recommended.

A very decent track. There was during the earlier teetimes significant grass clippings everywhere. The rough is a bit high. Greens are in very good shape. Staff is friendly, and the facilities are welcoming the south courses the course to.

The North course recently charged $52 for cart and green fee during the week. Who is calling these shots? Governor Landry, Trumps best buddy, or Major Cantrell? Landry oking LIV to come here makes as much sense as the North course charging $52. Cantrell thinking Richard's Disposal will get better is comparable. The carts do not need the yardage. The Marshall's need to ride the course and try and prevent slow play. Get all the greens as good as the South, then maybe $35. Ever try to play the North when we go through a rain spell and the grass cannot be cut? What then?
