Axe & Grind

There are many reviews about the axe throwing which I must admit is a great experience! Excellent stress reliever. By the way, an easy trick…. dont think too much about it. Just throw as if your life depended on it! For me, it helped to scream sadistically as I threw the axe. I hit the target every time with this technique! I wanted to talk more about the other features of Axe and Grind. They have several private karaoke rooms depending on your group size. We were in the medium private room. It was very well equipped for karaoke. My first ever experience doing this by the way! I was glad it was only amongst friends and not in a crowded bar! Much more difficult than singing in the shower which was my only serious singing experience until now! We were there a Saturday evening and the lady server was very helpful and friendly. We were celebrating a birthday so we got an extra 30 minutes for FREE which was very kind. She checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and to bring us our drink orders. They also have golf simulators, virtual reality games and arcade style games. This place along with the axe throwing is really a great and original place to hang out with a group of friends. There was only 4 of us so you don’t necessarily have to be in a big group to enjoy it.

If you want to throw a plethora of medieval weaponry and feel the satisfaction of embedding them in the target then come on down and ask for Ragnar. Axes over arm, under arm, two handed, one handed, any way you can think of. Prefer a knife? Amateur! He'll have you holding the blade and throwing two knives at once before you can say "Bullseye" Head to Axe & Grind for a great way to spend an hour on date night or with your buddies. Highly recommended.

Man, this was one of the coolest experiences I've had in a while. The crew here was phenomenal. Ryan especially took very careful time to coach us on safety and how to develop our axe throwing from novice to professional. We came in not knowing how to throw an axe to leaving interested in joining a tournament. The joint offers a lot of really cool amenities like VR, sim golfing, arcade, and axe and knife throwing.
