Arooga's Sports Tavern and Game Room

I was with my cousin looking for a good place to watch the Met game and we ended up at Arooga’s. The place was huge and had countless TV’s. We ordered a few apps including the Buffalo pretzel, some Reuben eggrolls and some bacon cheese burger sliders. We enjoyed all of the apps but my favorite were the eggrolls, perfectly crispy and served with delicious horseradish dipping sauce. I then ordered a cheesesteak based on a recommendation from our waitress. Ordered it wit onions and wiz served on perfectly soft bread and crispy fries. I’m a sucker for peanut butter so ordered the Reeces peanut butter cup pie. Washed all of that down with a variety of cocktails including a bourbon mule, a spicy margarita and an old fashion. This spot checked all the boxes for what we were looking for. There’s also a whole game room in the back. Can’t wait to bring the kids next time!!!!!

Amazing Wings! Get the Coal Cracker, Arooga style with REAL bleu cheese!! Glad of all the places on the strip this is one I choose. Came in and waited a second to get served, but was 100% worth the wait. Manager came in and supported the staff, got my beer setup, and I was golden since. If I'm ever on Long Island again, I'll be back!

Seemed to be one of the few bars open on a Monday night. Wasn't busy but had a good atmosphere, table service was excellent. Food was good and they did a great old fashioned!
