Great course can't complain about much. Price was great for such a nice course. It's definitely a diverse course as well. Has some open stuff and then it has some trees.

First of all, this is the most interesting course I played on the west coast, coming down from Seattle. A great design, fun to play, never unfair or too difficult and in great shape. Even for me, 60 years old with just a 3 wood from the green tee's. But this course is part of a resort and everybody can play, regardless of skill and knowledge. One slow foursome is enough to ruin the experience for everybody and because there is nobody out there encouraging to move a bit faster, I gave up after 1.5h for just 5 holes. A 5.5h/18 holes pace is too slow for me to enjoy playing Golf and I walked back to the pro shop, which BTW, is a long walk. I had a longer conversation about the incredible slow pace some people play but the employee couldn't help either. The course is cramped with people and nobody put them on the clock. I was allowed to play the front nine again because it was empty now (5pm) and I played those beautiful front nine by myself in 1.5h walking. I highly recommend playing this course for those with either a lot of patient or trying to play 9 holes as late as possible. Its like visiting Disney World on the holidays without having a "fast pass" or surfing Pipeline on Oahu with 100 other surfers in the lineup. Sorry, just 3 stars because of the very slow pace.

First time playing here in a long while. Only had time to do the front nine, yet it feels like I played a couple of different courses in that two hours. Impressive variety and different challenges on each hole. Some tee boxes and aprons were sandy but overall course was in good shape for mid-October. Rack rate pricing seemed pretty reasonable as well. I will certainly try to play here again.
