It took two weeks longer than expected to receive my hot tub. When I phoned the company, I was given the run around twice. Once it arrived, we began setting it up only to learn that they sent the wrong cover! When I phoned the shop, Mike said to just use the square cover and it would be okay until they get around to sending the correct one. The problem is the wrong cover does not completely cover the hot tub. You cannot run a tub that’s partially open. It will cost a fortune to heat and it will make a mess inside the dome cover we have. I guess we are waiting around another three weeks for the correct one to arrive. Good customer service is met with expedited shipping to resolve the matter or offering a comparable one from the showroom. This was a huge inconvenience and, quite frankly, I’m disappointed at the lack of concern on behalf of the company.

Working with Michael to purchase a spa was a great experience. He was knowledgeable, professional and provided valuable information to ensure we made the right decision. As far as I am concerned Michael is the best spa sales guy in the industry! Highly recommend.
