The owner is a used car salesman. Very rude and incredibly brash. I asked him about a single iron and he spent the next 5 minutes talking about his credentials and how I’d never find that club anywhere else so I should buy a full set for $400 DO NOT SHOP HERE

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! Extremely rude and impatient if they even have the slightest inkling that you may not buy something from them. Since their store is so tiny, they were hawking me everywhere i went, asking me what i wanted every 5 minutes. As soon as another customer was checking out they suddenly switched their attitudes to that "fake friendly" demeanor as they turned their attention towards that customer. When that customer left they focused back on me like hawks waiting for their prey. Was planning to buy a new full set of XXIOs, but that experience convinced me to just buy it from the xxio website instead. This is what you get when the employees are also the owners - no corporate policies on customer treatment, no consequences on their predatory behavior. PGA Superstore and Golf Galaxy are not only cheaper, but they are angels compared to these hawks. It's laughable.

Don't take lessons here! Sometimes, he's a one-man show in the shop, so he'd regularly leave the lesson to help customers. As well, he gets really cranky and gruff. I've spoken to another person who experienced the same thing.
